Located at 1612 Edgeworth Avenue in Daly City, VIA drew my attention particularly because new construction is rare in this part of town. Our team visited the community to do some research and here's what we found:

Floor Plans
Residence 1 at 2095 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths.
Residence 1 has a narrower, but longer layout with shorter backyards. Residence 1 homes are either fully detached or detached on one side.
Residence 2 at 2074 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths
Residence 2 has a wider and shorter layout, which also allows for a larger backyard space. Residence 2 homes are attached on both sides.
Site Map
There are a total of 25 single family homes at VIA, with 15 Residence 1 plans and 10 Residence 2 plans. As you can see from the site map below, the Residence 2 plans are attached on both sides, flanked by Residence 1 homes. The Residence 1 homes are either fully detached on both sides or detached on one side.
Finishes and Features
Standard kitchen finishes included beech cabinetry, quartz countertops and a stainless steel Bosch appliance package which includes a 5 burner cooktop, canopy hood, built-in microwave and dishwasher.
Other standard home finishes include Delta chrome faucets and fixtures, carpeted living and bedrooms (3 colors to choose from) and ceramic tile flooring in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room.
Notable home features include 4 1/4" baseboards throughout and tankless water heaters.
Pricing and Incentives
At the time of this writing, homes at VIA have been listed starting at $1.21M for Residence 2 homes and $1.265M-$1.4M for Residence 1 homes.
The builder is currently offering a $25,000 incentive and their preferred lender, Academy Mortgage is offering a $15,000 lender incentive.
HOA
HOA dues were currently stated at $196/month which covers front exterior landscape maintenance, community reserves and association management fees.
