Spotlight On: Liquid Sugar

Liquid Sugar is comprised of 55 one, two and three bedroom townhomes.  It sits on a former processing plant for sugar, syrup and molasses, inspiring the name "Liquid Sugar." This community was designed by Kava Massih Architects and completed by Pulte Homes in 2003.

Liquid Sugar sits along the lovely Emeryville Greenway, where you can find people riding bikes, walking their dogs or taking family strolls.  Less than a block away, is a plethora of dining options and the convenience of the free Emeryville shuttle, Emery Go-Round, at the corner.
